First, I have to say that I love photographing shy women. You have no idea how beautiful you are!

It's very common to feel nervous about doing a boudoir session. Don't worry, it's completely normal. You won't believe how natural the session is, I promise! We take it one step at a time.

First of all, since we'll have had a chance to talk before your session, the ice will be broken a bit. I want to learn more about you and why you chose to do this session. Because for me, a boudoir session is first and foremost a meeting. The creation of an intimate and trusting bond between two people in search of authenticity. We'll also talk about clothes and underwear, I'll make suggestions and give you some advice so that you feel as comfortable as possible.

My sessions last about 2 hours. This allows us to go at your pace. I am here to guide you step by step. There is no rush. It's your moment, a bubble of well-being in your daily life.

I doubt it ;) But if you've been following me for a while, I think you'll understand that I'm not trying to make you a sexy mama at any cost! LOL No woman comes to me knowing how to look sexy for her boudoir session. It's not your job to know how to pose, but it's mine to know how to direct you.

Note that I say direct, not pose. I think there is a huge difference between the two: directing is so much more natural, without me forcing you to do something you are not comfortable with. I'm a super sensitive girl and I can always tell when a woman is intimidated. That doesn't mean I won't try to get you out of your comfort zone, after all, that's why you're doing a boudoir session. But it does mean that we'll take it slow, together and that I'll always be listening.

It also means that I never copy and paste from one session to the next. I don't have a list of predetermined poses that I repeat over and over from one client to the next. Instead, I look at how your body naturally moves and what you instinctively respond to and build on that throughout the session. Remember, it's your gestures that I want to photograph.

But who managed to put in our heads that we had to be perfect to be beautiful? Who managed to make us swallow that being beautiful is synonymous with being thin? I don't care how big your butt is!

That said, we all have parts of our body that we don't like... I'm more interested in focusing on the ones we do like. I promise you that you'll forget about your  muffin top when you see your big sparkling eyes, your fiery hair, your sensual smile, your long legs...

So for once, let's look in the mirror and stop putting ourselves down! I know, it's easier said than done, but a boudoir session is already a step in the right direction ;)
